WRKT provides:

• Conversational AI trainer for fitness guidance
• Workout tracking and progress monitoring
• Exercise statistics and performance analytics
• Adaptive training plan modifications

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WRKT. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use WRKT, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Security

You must choose a strong password and not share your account with others. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• You should consult a physician before starting any exercise program
• The AI recommendations are general in nature and not personalized medical advice
• You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your safety
• WRKT is not liable for injuries, health issues, or adverse effects from using the app
• You will listen to your body and stop if you experience pain or discomfort
• You will inform your healthcare provider about your use of this app if you have medical conditions

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate fitness and health information
• Not misuse or abuse the AI trainer
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Not share, sell, or distribute content from the app without permission
• Exercise safely and within your capabilities
• Follow proper form and technique for exercises

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI trainer generates workout plans and recommendations based on your input. You understand that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Recommendations are based on algorithms, not human expertise
• You should use common sense and judgment when following AI advice
• We do not guarantee specific fitness results

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

WRKT, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you input (workout logs, notes, etc.). By using WRKT, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

9. Subscription and Payment

9.1 Free and Paid Services

WRKT may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

9.2 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

9.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WRKT is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses from using the app
• We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRKT, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the service or AI trainer
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time through app settings or by contacting us.

13. Third-Party Services

WRKT may integrate with third-party services (AI providers, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms apply separately.

14. Privacy

Your use of WRKT is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using WRKT, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all devices
